Education

  • Degree in accounting or similar field of study.

Experience
  • At least 3 years
Additional Requirements

  • At least 3 years of work experience on similar position.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office.

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English.

  • Very good SAP knowledge.

  • Availability, empathy, commitment, communicativeness and good organization.

  • Attitude to solving challenges, analytical skills .

  • Desire of knowledge and self-development.

  • Resistance to stress, availability, commitment to the work duties.

Responsibilities & Context

  • Entering and reconciliation of bank transactions.

  • Perform clearing of open positions of accounts receivable.

  • Resolving any enquiries related to AR area.

  • Delivering weekly report of open positions and ad-hoc reports.

  • Preparing OP Lists and Dunning Letters.

  • Booking and clearing of incoming payments .

  • Prepare documentation for audit and tax purposes.

  • Contact with internal Teams (Finance).

  • Regular contact with external Teams (Finance, Partners Back Office, Sales Team) end Customers.

  • Support global Finance optimization projects as requested.
