Responsibilities & Context

Job Context : Upskill Consultancy is seeking a creative and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in graphic design and a strong passion for creating engaging visuals. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for photo, video, and banner editing, as well as managing our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and edit photos, videos, and banners for various platforms.

  • Post banners and visual content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  • Monitor and respond to daily comments on Facebook, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

  • Manage and reply to messages on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing strategies.
