Education
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

CA (cc)/ Partially completed will get preference

Experience
  • 1 to 4 years

Responsibilities & Context

Accounts Receivable and Payable:

  • Manage the process and ensure all kinds of accounting entries are entered daily into the accounting system by tallying with the operational system.
  • Send SOA to the clients and follow up on the collection of Receivables on time.
  • Maintain all types of payables and deductions of TDS and VDS while making payments and provide Encashment certificates to airlines.

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare Business Presentation on monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Budgeting and Forecasting:
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies by interacting with internal and external auditors.

Taxation:

  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns with local regulations and stay updated on tax, VAT regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making processes, including cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction.

People Management:

  • Work closely with operations, sales, and other departments to provide financial insights and support. Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
