Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal) for communication and documentation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage teams effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong negotiation and policy-making abilities.
  • Experience in the education or consultancy industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage communication with universities, including negotiation, emails, and meetings.
  • Represent the company at international conferences and events to foster partnerships.
  • Develop and implement policies and strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Supervise the team, ensuring counselors, communication heads, and receptionists meet their objectives.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance for professional development.
  • Address and resolve operational challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
