Lost Phone at Sams Club (Orange Park + Argyle)

I lost my phone outside of Sams Club on 11/30 at around 6pm.
It was accidentally left in a shopping cart.
I returned 30 minutes later to retrieve it but it was already gone.
It's a Samsung Galaxy S22 with a crack in the side of the screen and a torn Phone case.
