𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐞𝐰𝐬: #MarelliMotori to deliver 22 MWe to support Peru's growing energy needs. Marelli Motori is proud to announce a new #order for two MJH 1120 alternators, rated 13,8MVA, destined for a new power plant in Piura, northern Perù. These alternators will be coupled with Bergen Engines B36:45V20 gas engines, contributing to the region's growing energy demands and supporting the alleviation of energy poverty for over 600,000 residents. Scheduled to commence operations in the first half of 2026, the power plant will feature some of the largest #gensets resulting from the MarelliMotori - Bergen Engines collaboration. These powerful units have been specifically engineered to meet the increasing energy needs of both industrial and residential customers in the region.⚡️ This project reinforces Marelli Motori's #commitment to providing #reliable and #sustainable power solutions to meet the evolving energy needs of communities worldwide.🌍 #poweringthefuture

A New Hydropower Plant for Zimbabwe: Successfully Commissioned Gugler Water Turbines GmbH is proud to announce the successful commissioning of the Great Zimbabwe Hydropower Plant at Lake Mutiriki. Officially operational as of November 2024, this project marks a significant achievement in Zimbabwe’s renewable energy capacity. The plant, consisting of two 2,7 MW Francis turbines, provides a total output of 5,4 MW, Each turbine operates at a flow rate of 6.25 m³/s and will contribute approximately 0.5% to Zimbabwe’s national power grid . Beyond boosting energy supply, the project is expected to reduce 11,100 tons of CO₂ annually, supporting Zimbabwe’s commitment to a cleaner, more sustainable energy future.
