Tomorrow, our Senior Pharmacometrician, Niccolò Totis, MD, PhD, will attend the 𝗣𝗞𝗨𝗞 conference in London, a two-day event dedicated to 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 (𝗣𝗞) 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗼𝗱𝘆𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀 (𝗣𝗗). 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 ALS is a complex disease. Innovative approaches are essential to provide hope and solutions for patients like Nicolas Beretti, diagnosed in 2023. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵 Leveraging AI to better understand ALS, identify new therapeutic targets, and accelerate treatments. Last week, our CEO, Luca Emili, and COO, Mario Torchia, concluded a successful experience at CNS Summit, in Boston. From engaging discussions to stunning views of the Sonoran Desert and the Desert Botanical Garden, it was a conference to remember. This year’s focus? The future of pharmacometrics. Alongside scientists from industry, academia, and regulatory bodies, Daniel and Chiara explored emerging methods set to reshape drug development—from Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) to AI-driven modeling, real-world data applications, and the crucial role of collaboration. It’s clear that innovation in pharmacometrics is accelerating, empowering us to bring life-saving treatments to patients faster and more efficiently. The InSilicoTrials clinical study simulation platform is already harnessing these advancements, integrating QSP, AI, real-world data, and traditional pharmacometric approaches, our platform provides a collaborative, agile tool for for streamlined, simulation-based drug development.
