Yesterday, we celebrated the conclusion of our “Overcome our bias to shape an inclusive culture” Journey, which took us through three impactful modules: understanding and identifying bias, managing conversations on biases with empathy, and co-creating strategies to foster a bias-free culture that celebrates diversity. This milestone coincides with the #InternationalDayofPersonswithDisabilities, observed today, 3 December, serving as a powerful reminder of the importance of creating inclusive and accessible workplaces. Every small action we take contributes to a brighter future, where diversity is not only acknowledged but celebrated as our greatest strength. #IDPD #Generali4Sustainability #diversity #equity #inclusion #DiversityEquityInclusion #AccountabilityForAction

Generali and UNDP Sustainable Finance Hub are expanding their continued commitment to building the resilience of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with a new collaboration in Thailand. This partnership was launched during a dedicated event at Generali Thailand’s headquarters, and saw the participation of the Italian Ambassador to Thailand, H. E. PAOLO DIONISI and of Representatives from the Office of SMEs Promotion (OSMEP) among others. Focusing on the need to develop strategies for both loss prevention and social protection, the partnership aims at creating an SME Social Protection Framework, a risk assessment tool designed to improve the overall readiness of entrepreneurs and improve understanding of the risks they face whilst also providing strategies to mitigate these. With this initiative, we want to raise awareness among entrepreneurs about resilience and enhancing their operational capabilities, as well as expand employee protection to improve quality of life amid economic shifts, natural disasters, and climate change. These efforts underline our strong commitment to fostering resilience and supporting sustainable growth for vulnerable communities globally.
