Credere nel potenziale delle nuove generazioni significa guardare al futuro con fiducia e lavorare per costruire un domani migliore e più sostenibile. Anche nel 2024, il nostro impegno si è tradotto in iniziative volte a creare un collegamento sempre più forte tra la scuola e il mondo del lavoro. Tra queste, il percorso che, nell'ambito della 15ª edizione del PMI Day Industriamoci di Unindustria Reggio Emilia, ha portato oltre 400 studenti e studentesse delle scuole della provincia a visitare la nostra sede. Un momento di dialogo e confronto per condividere i valori, l’energia e la passione che ispirano il nostro lavoro ogni giorno e che ha permesso a tutti gli studenti di scoprire il nostro Dipartimento Ricerca e Sviluppo e la LGV Unit a Rondinara, immergendosi nel cuore dell’innovazione e della nostra tecnologia. Avvicinare il mondo della scuola e quello del lavoro non è solo un obiettivo, ma una responsabilità verso il futuro. Un ringraziamento speciale a una ragazza della scuola di Villa Minozzo per il bellissimo disegno che raffigura un nostro LGV.

Our dedication to supporting and collaborating with Universities continues to grow stronger.   Francesco Gallesi, from our R&D Department, recently delivered seminars at the faculties of Management Engineering and Digital Automation Engineering at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia, providing valuable insights to the students' daily education.   After knowledge sharing came a first-hand visit to Barilla Group pioneering plant in Parma, representing a showcase of integrated robotics and sustainable distribution.
