Chatwin is an International Development Company that works with the best entrepreneurs, helping them finding the best path to profitable growth from sales and operations. Chatwin helps technology start-ups achieve great results by providing professional, experienced and relevant support, with the objective of expanding clients' businesses locally and internationally. In order to help our selected companies succeed, we go through the following steps: goal definition, identification of challenges, analysis of the status quo, design of an action plan to find the right resources, staff and financing needed, implementation of the action plan, and ongoing optimization of the plan. Chatwin operates in Europe and in the US. Our international team is comprised of successful entrepreneurs, experienced managers with an international background, and multinational business experts.

    Quanta energia, quanto entusiasmo, quanta ispirazione 🪐 La DREAMERS Community di #Brescia è piena di giovani talenti del territorio che vogliono fare la differenza… e si vede! Nell’ultimo DREAMERS Meetup di novembre di #Brescia in Gummy Industries la nostra Community ha letteralmente inondato (🏄🏼♂️) di domande il nostro ospite Enrico Quaroni, CEO & Founder di Chatwin 🚀 Enrico ci ha raccontato la sua storia ed esperienza in modo coinvolgente e sì, a tratti anche facendoci crepare dalle risate! Gli insegnamenti che ci siamo portati a casa? Eccone alcuni: • Underpromise, Overdeliver. Mai commettere l’errore di promettere più di ciò che si può effettivamente realizzare, meglio essere realisti e poi sorprendere con una performance straordinaria. • Ti senti in ritardo? A volte ci si può sentire in ritardo rispetto ai parametri standard della società, soprattutto se si è cercato di percorrere strade non convenzionali. Il tempo è invece  strettamente soggettivo e legato al nostro percorso verso la realizzazione. • Che importanza ha essere l’uomo più ricco del cimitero? Chi genera valore e quindi genera ricchezza ha un ruolo fondamentale nella creazione di impatto sociale, perciò dovrebbe occuparsi anche di redistribuire tale valore a nella società. • Sii una brava persona. In un mondo in cui si ricercano hard & soft skills sempre più singolari, a volte ci si dimentica del valore dell’affidabilità di una persona e di un giovane per un’azienda e un’organizzazione. • La vendita è una conseguenza diretta della risposta reale e concreta ad un bisogno altrettanto reale concreto.
