*Responsibilities:*
*Patient Care:*Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and monitoring vital signs.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
*Documentation:*Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting observations, interventions, and outcomes.
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
*Communication:*Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team.
Report changes in patient condition to the appropriate medical personnel.
*Assessment:*Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify health needs and contribute to the development of care plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions.
*Assistance with Procedures:*Assist physicians and registered nurses with various medical procedures.
Follow established protocols and guidelines during procedures.
*Education:*Provide education to patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
Offer support and guidance to patients in managing their healthcare.
*Team Collaboration:*Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
*Adherence to Policies:*Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and protocols.
Follow infection control practices to maintain a safe and clean environment.
*Emergency Response:*Respond to emergencies and provide immediate nursing care as needed.

Maintain licensure and certifications as required.
*Qualifications:*
* Current LPN license in the state of .

* BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
