Labor available, 40$/hr cash, 4hr minimum, but 60$/1 hour, 100$/2hrs hours.
Discount 280/day (8hrs-8th hour free).
Tips or bonus incentive welcome but not necessary.
Lump-sum proffers considered if it's something you have on-budget you'd just rather like someone take charge of.
Licensed/insured.
(+gas or mileage outside of Johnson County) I have various tools and pickup as well, just in case.
