MEDDIPIC Framework is an effective way to close deals ! MEDDIPIC is a sales qualification framework used to effectively evaluate and manage complex sales opportunities. Each letter in the acronym stands for a key element that helps sales teams understand their deals better and increase their chances of closing. M - Metrics: Quantifiable measures of the value your solution brings to the customer. These are often financial metrics, such as ROI or cost savings. E - Economic Buyer: The individual with the final decision-making authority regarding the purchase. Identifying this person is crucial for closing the deal. D - Decision Criteria: The specific criteria the customer uses to evaluate and compare different solutions. Understanding these helps tailor your approach. D - Decision Process: The steps the customer will take to arrive at a purchasing decision, including key milestones and timelines. I - Identify Pain: The critical business challenges or problems the customer is facing that your solution can address. Identifying these pains drives the need for your product. P - Paper Process: The process of getting the agreement finalized, including legal, procurement, and other necessary paperwork. I - Influence: The individuals who can sway the decision-making process, including both formal and informal influencers. C - Competition: Understanding who your competitors are and how they are positioning themselves helps in strategizing your approach to highlight your unique value proposition. 2 common myths about RevOps that must be debunked For some, RevOps is the buzzing world. People are rushing towards it's implementation and need it to revamp themselves. But, in actuality, RevOps was always there. Before sales ops and marketing ops, people wanted an alignment between data and it's usage. You can say RevOps is that platform that allows the alignment However, there are some myths and to make the read interesting. I've emphasized on two common myths that I'm about to bust 1. RevOps is for startups! While some startups benefit from startups. There is an insanely huge demand among all sorts of businesses for revops. Because, scalability and adaptability is key requirements for success FOR ANY BUSINESS . RevOps, with it's control on data and people, guarantees it! 2. RevOps is just like marketing ops! No, it's not, buddy. Marketing ops is the driving force for managing and optimizing campaigns. "How our product can get more views with an impressive content" And it's counter part or at time, foe, sales ops functions to get leads. Like, sales people, within an organization, are trained to carry forward vision of company to outsiders. "How others can get a hold on our product" And do "We have training and tools to get it!" The traditional view of “ICP” is outdated. And it’s hindering your SDRs from booking meetings. Here’s why: The traditional “High Value Lead”, from a lead scoring perspective, typically looks like this - 1. A “lead” from a good company, who hits “ICP”, or “Ideal Customer Profile” 2. A “lead” who has downloaded a LOT of content 3. A “lead” who has downloaded relevant content But what this DOESN’T include… ..is what many reps would argue, is one of the MOST important aspects of selling: And that is - Who you’re talking to in terms of buyer persona, role, & hierarchy in the decision-making chain. With that in mind, here’s a breakdown of what actually makes a “High Value Lead” to SDRs: 1. A “lead” from a good company, who hits “ICC” Your “Ideal Customer Company” is based on Firmographic Criteria that matters to your sellers, such as: - Company Size - Company Industry - Company Tech Stack. 2. A “lead” who hits a good title, that hits “ICT” Your “Ideal Customer Title” is based on role & title criteria of who you best sell into, such as: - Managers - Directors - Heads of - CXO 3. High “Buyer Intent” so they say “Yes” easily. In traditional terms, buyer intent can be categorized as: H: High Intent  M: Medium Intent L: Low Intent A: Acceptable Level of Intent
