Void of transparency in teaching - hiring process Nowadays, the hiring process in teaching field for some schools lacks transparency in all manners as a teacher who is well-qualified, experienced, reliable, honest in her work need to submit her original certificates like Ssc, Hsc, Ty, B.ed before becoming part of the school and this is the way she is considered as a most responsible person because she is obliged to follow some unofficial rule laid by the schools. Is it necessary for a teacher to submit her original certificates? Why it has become a unconstitutional norm for the school to ask original certificate from the teacher who can be their valued asset for longer period of time? I believe the time when she decides to become a teacher in her life, she accepts her duty from within to be responsible in the place, she works as a teacher. On the other hand, the school management always has a upper hand to remove the teacher if she fails to perform as per their expectations. Why is the need arises for the school to ask original certificates from a teacher? As, I have been into this field so I feel there are teachers who leaves the school in mid-way due to some genuine or bogus reason and the situation put such schools in trouble but withholding her certificates can resolve their problem as I feel neither the schools problem will get resolved nor the school has any right to withhold the certificates even if the teacher decides to leave the school by next day itself of joining. Such teachers who leaves the school in between of the academic year counts for 1% in ratio compare to 99% who always wish to work for the school. It is unfair for the teachers who do her work well to go through such situation. There is a need for the school to retrospect in their action of asking original certificates and consider a teacher as valued member by trusting her. There are schools which still exist as they are transparent in their hiring process and are comfortable to keep soft copies of her certificates with them. A teacher has a right to deny submitting her original certificates in the school and hope to be part of such schools which truly deserves her. #teachers

How to complete the syllabus? Whether we are preparing for any competitive exam or we are in college, one major challenge is to complete the syllabus. 📚 Completion of the syllabus has 2 different perspectives:- Teacher's point of view Student's point of view According to teachers, syllabus completion means teaching the chapters mentioned in the curriculum, but from the student's perspective, it means reading, understanding, revising, and we can write the answers properly in the exam. Students who want to complete the syllabus along with the teachers (Type-1) This is in continuation of my previous series post...so do read it! As I mentioned, I am sharing the strategy for those who want to complete the syllabus along with teachers:- ✅ Attentively listen to the teacher in the class ✅ Make a separate notebook in which you can note only keywords from the lecture ✅ You should revise whatever has been taught in the class ✅ While revising, you should make proper notes including those keywords that you noted down while attending the class Listening to the lecture and writing things word by word will not make you understand and focus properly, so just try to jot down the important pointers, and when you revise at home, you can make proper notes. I will be sharing more posts for type -2 and type -3 students, if you haven't read my previous post, then do read it in series.
