I’m delighted to share that Arya.ag is embarking on an impactful initiative, which we recently launched at our climate summit, Rith 2.0 held in partnership with Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Krishi Jagran.  The initiative aims to transform 200 FPOs (Farmer Producer Organisations) in seven states into technology-empowered, efficient institutions. As recently featured in The Hindu businessline, this initiative will enable FPOs through strategic collaborations and technology embedded in their reality to enhance efficiency, advance sustainable farming, and develop climate-resilient supply chains. In our experience, the role of smart FPOs is crucial. These institutions can streamline agricultural processes and help promote sustainable practices, and I will continue to showcase some of our FPOs that have already started working on this transition successfully. With strong corporate partnerships and a stable, secure source of sustainable produce, together, we can open up new market avenues, positioning us at the forefront of sustainable agricultural development. Switz Group have done a wonderful job of opting to participate in THEOBROMA FOODS PRIVATE LIMITED stake sale process. Such engagements are both defensive and offensive. At Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd, we used to do a Wealth Creation Study every year under the guidance of Raamdeo Agrawal. Key insight when we were researching was Digital Business Design is about business first, design second and digital third. A simple framework that comes from this (Think of it like a 2x2) 1. Quality of Business Design and 2. Co-lead a workshop (with Sumathi my business partner and Komal lath of Tute Consult) on branding and communication and why/how its' strategic & important for the portfolio companies of an early stage growth focused PE fund in Mumbai this noon. very interactive session. lots of takeaways. one of the biggest benefits of doing such workshops with founders and CXOs of growth companies is that you get to first hand understand their pain points and priorities. which makes you realize there is a long road ahead laden with great opportunity for those in PR & comms if we take off our hats and look at it from their perspective.
