You all must be thinking, why does #AWS has provided us two services instead of one? What is the difference between these two? We'll consider two examples and based on that we will find out which service we should use and when. So, here we go. 𝙀𝙭𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙚 1:- Suppose we have a photo analysis website where people upload photos of themselves and it finds which animals look like them. I feel like Layoffs are one of the most impractical things which an organisation does. It's the ineffective upper management which is unable to estimate the requirements, timelines, resource allocation etc because of mismanagement leading to bulk hiring, later when the revenue expectations are not met then they start firing people to compensate. A top notch organisation has enough money to organize all the stupid office parties and serve unlimited alcohol leading to 'extremely professional' culture but they don't have money to acknowledge an employee's efforts and retain them. It's high time people start seeing these patterns about these top companies. One of the most unhealthy things going on in the industry for a long time now. #people #culture #leadership #management
