Hi Everyone, Request you to share it with others or at least do like, comment on this post for better reach. This post is specifically for people who are planning or willing to pursue the Kraftshala MLP program. As many people reach out to me for enquiring about the MLP program and since I was also part of Batch 4 so it's my responsibility to share this. I've been guiding to many people about Kraftshala's MLP program. But recently I encountered a concerning situation which I think I should share with you all. Recently, one of my friends who was part of the MLP program failed to get placed within 17 months and as per Kraftshala claims if they fail to place students within 17 months they will refund or won't ask for the program fee. I went through the agreement again (mine too) they have mentioned a ambiguous clause in agreement, Clause says - 'Kraftshala shall have the right at any time to change or modify the Program details and/or Program’s timeline and/or terms of the Placement Manual from time to time. Such changes will be informed to the Student and will become effective immediately post information to the Student thereof.' This means they can change anything anytime regardless of their claims in ads and websites. And they did this with a student. That student was not placed with a 4.5 LPA job within 17 months so they extended the contract with 6 months. That student has fulfilled all the required things like having 90% attendance and achieving required marks in tests. This seems totally unfair. if you're Kraftshala advertising your program saying that you'll refund the fee in case students don't get placed at ₹4.5L+ within 17 months then you should fulfill. I believe in the MLP program potential but urge a review of marketing claims to ensure transparent and consistent practices. People who interacted with me knows that I have shared each and everything with them about this program but I also wasn't aware about this term so that's why I'm sharing it with you all just for awareness that read agreement terms carefully before proceeding. That's it. Thanks for your time! P.S This post is not an allegation on anyone, this is just for awareness. There are many good things too about this program which I have already covered many times in my previous posts and reviews. One more thing, that student have got his job by himself applying to various organisations and not by Kraftshala. Update: Kraftshala has given a small fee waiver and that student has paid the program fee Thanks to them and everyone for your support!
