That will be a true evolution to the next stage of GCCs. The ultimate goal is for GCCs to integrate completely into the parent organization. It may seem like GCCs will lose their identity -- which is true -- but then that is how the overall organization becomes stronger. Let the river merge into the ocean.

Had predicted this change in trend 2 months back. I am extremely bullish on New Age Technologies like AI (Generative AI/Natural Language Processing-NLP), Data Centers, Cloud and Digital Transformation Industry which alone is projected to growth to a staggering $12.35 trillion industry by 2032. To put this $12.35 trillion in perspective, it amounts to more than 3 times India's GDP of around $3.89 trillion. Small and mid cap companies working on these technologies will experience a massive boom much bigger than the dot com boom that ballooned during the late 1990s and peaked on March 10, 2000 💥
