On one hand I totally understand, I would pause on hiring bog standard TA folks too, in the current market. However, I think NOW is a huge opportunity for transformation in Talent, broadly. Combining TA/TM strategies, leveraging succession planning and high performer development data to drive external talent pipelining etc. And I don’t mean getting your remaining internal TA folks to build pipelines, I mean transforming from the reactive, fulfilment led role 9 out of 10 internal TA, even exec search functions play…into a strategic, respected advisory arm of the business. For the right, brave, agile and progressive thinking CPO/CEO/MD, I can definitely help them get ahead of the curve. If only I could get a conversation with those folks… Do you know any?
