This project focuses on the power of Ansible to configure servers for a SaaS application. It also builds on my previous project of setting up a reusable multi-tenant cloud infrastructure using Terraform. It's the most complex piece in my portfolio because every Terraform and Ansible file was written from scratch. There is a difference in syntax between the two that gave me some trouble. While you can command Terraform to format and clean up your files, one extra space or wrong capitalization in Ansible forced me to destroy the resources and start over. Both being IaC tools meant that starting over wasn't a big deal. Maybe 10 minutes tops between waiting for Terraform to stand everything up and Ansible to take its time configuring. Looking for fully-managed service compatible with Kubernetes Dont limit your search to only EKS, AKS, GCP They are the market leaders for sure, but there are more than 50+ options avaliable. Yup, 50+ you saw that right. In the comments you can find the links that lists all the solutions and to be honest, some solutions are actually better than the large gaint players. For example, I use #Akamai solution called Linode Kubernetes and its by far the most simplest engine to use and manage.
