      Responsibilities:
      As an Asst. Manager I am responsible for coordinating with the onsite and the offshore team to make sure the offshore team delivers work in time as per the SLA.
      Interacting with client frequently to update any challenges, status of the work and checking on the update on the previous days work.
      Managing a Team of 15-20 Recruiters for US and UK based Requirements.
      Hands on experience working with different requirements like IT, non-IT, Telecom, Engineering, little of Healthcare, management roles, banking and so on etc.
      Analyze the flow of daily requirements.
      Set the priorities of the daily requirements and distribute among the team.
      Mentor the team to deliver the Quality resumes with a good number of submittals.
      Use different ways and means to source the right kind of consultants. This includes the usage of all the possible arms of Internet – Search Engines, Job Portals, User Forums, LinkedIn...etc.
      Attempt to touch at least 3-4 requirements personally and also ensure that the whole team touches at least 20 requirements everyday.
      Generating Daily / Weekly / Monthly Recruitment Activity Reports.
      Focus on targets set by the management and ensure the delivery from the entire offshore recruitment team.
