I have proposed a workshop for the marquee Agile Conference Agile India 2025 on the topic "Deciphering Human Intellect through the Power of Emotional Equations" In this workshop I intend to bring real time emotional situations faced by most of us in our transformations and how the power of emotional equations helps us to navigate out of this emotional trap. As I always say " It is not about Managing our Emotions it is about Balancing Emotions" which is the key message I try to bring out in the proposed workshop.
