If you are needed 24*7 to complete your team members task, you are worsening everyone's time,energy and mind. Building sheets/systems help here. The idea is to be "process driven" rather people driven 🔢 . 7. Learn yourself before you just train based on the subject 📖 . 8. MOST IMPORTANT - Respect your team member's contributions. A healthy mind and body is for ALL. Believe in experiencial learning - Not the same thing works for everyone 🧘‍♀️ . At the end - it is not all that you can guard/control. A lot of factors like lead quality, your ads quality, team's pitch, user interest control the overall performance of the sales which a company makes each month 📈. One of the growth levers for businesses is reducing customer acquisition cost ( CAC ). In digital marketing there are multiple levers to do the same - 1. Search Engine Optimisation First, SEO is not free and that's not the reason it lowers your CAC. The cost to do SEO as compared to other paid marketing is lower. And it has a lot of long term impact which compounds. Hence it gradually lowers your CAC. 2. Customer Lifecycle Management ( CLM ) Can also be known as CRM ( customer relationship management) It focuses on reaching out to existing users or customers using various channels. Channels can be used such as - Email, Whatsapp, Sms, App Push, Web Push, Onsite , Meta & Google ( For retargeting ) Cost would be dependent on the user base and number of communication being sent. 3. Product Led Growth ( PLG ) PLG can be used differently for app based businesses vs web based businesses. Referrals, Gamification, Habit Forming etc are all part of it. Requires the product team to understand marketing and work closely with them too. 4. Social Media Something which is difficult to do and under utilised by brand. Short form videos likes Reels & Shorts and long form videos like on YouTube. Cost of editors, script writers, speakers would be high initially. But as viral loops kick in, it would help build brand visibility. Nobody would tell you but it would help in organic rankings as well.
