How do we ensure our organisation and employees are future proof? Can we, a unique start up within an exisitng company, ensure that our women associates (almost 25% of our sales team), never feel this way.. In today’s business world it’s hard to find good people, but harder to keep them. The hardest part even, is making them to stay long enough for you to build growth, vision and maybe your succession.
