We dive in and - 1. create innovative solutions, 2. drive growth, 3. and help others navigate challenges. The irony is that while we are good at solving problems; ➡️ we often find ourselves struggling to confront our own Internal conflict is disruptive, especially when it feels like our ventures are constantly struggling As business owners, we wear multiple hats - visionaries - leaders - financial managers - and the favourite...HR We not only have to generate revenue but also ensure that every aspect of our operations runs smoothly. But when challenges come - be it cash flow issues, market fluctuations, or internal inefficiencies everything can quickly become 𝗮 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘃𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻. The Internal Chaos Triggers - fear of failure, anxiety about financial sustainability, and frustration over the feeling that we’re losing control. It leads to paralysis. Instead of taking decisive action, we resort to avoidance. 🚨𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀🚨 Avoidance leads to.... 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 Overwhelmed by day-to-day struggles and caught in survival mode, we neglect strategic planning and innovation and lose sight of our vision. 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 Faltering can be a challenging pill to swallow. We fear acknowledging our struggles will undermine our credibility. We project a false image of confidence and capability to everyone. So, what can we do...... when our own business are constantly on the edge? Take a step back - ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Take time to reflect on your business’s current state. Identify the core issues that are causing instability. Are they financial, operational, or related to market dynamics? ✅ 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: Remind yourself why you started this journey. Clarity can reignite your passion and provide a sense of direction as you navigate challenges. ✅ 𝗦𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Don’t hesitate to seek support from mentors, advisors, or fellow entrepreneurs who can offer guidance based on their experiences. ✅ 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Invest in yourself and your team. This could involve training in financial management, marketing strategies, or leadership skills. ✅ 𝗔𝗴𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀: Adopt agile practices that allow for flexibility and responsiveness allowing you to assess operations and pivot when necessary. Your ability to solve customer problems starts with the systems you build internally. A well-run business with strong cash flow, 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗩𝗔𝗧 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, and a solid financial plan creates 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆. DM me to learn more!

Gathered 250 startups in 13 days for Startup Pongal!! It was over a casual discussion on December 26, 2017 at a dinner table that our friends Sakthivel Pannerselvam, Dharaneetharan G D, Arul Murugan Palanichamy, few others first spoke about bringing together startups to celebrate Pongal. Though there are several avenues for entrepreneurs and founders to network formally, there weren’t many platforms for informal engagements. Initially, we planned to gather 10-15 startups and celebrate Pongal and cherish the traditions with Thidumbattam, Uriadi, Kabadi, etc. in a village setting. But as we discussed, the idea grew bigger, and we thought it would be fantastic to have hundreds of startups be a part of it. For funds, we decided to crowdsource and keep it as low as Rs.5000 per startup. We had only 13 days until the event, but 7-8 core organizers were split across different teams, handling everything from marketing, branding, PR, and event management to vendors and fundraising. We decided on the rules- No special attention to any startup or the organizer. We wanted to truly democratize the event. Each of us did our job diligently and it was a massive success as we brought together 250 startups at YMCA, Chennai. Way beyond what we had imagined! It was a super hit!! It was fun and a very new phenomenon in the startup space. We have done four editions so far!! Takeaways: 🤩 Formal events have their place, but informal gatherings allow for more genuine connections. 👑 Equal representation of startups made everyone feel included.
