All this was not possible without #PoliticalPatronage …. It was a deal between these rogue elements who would stand by the #PoliticalParties while they made bigger loot, as happened in this case. There was a buzz on the streets that in at least in three states the “Ruling Political Parties” would simply ask “Most Profitable Businesses” to accept them or their nominees as their 30-40-50% partners for paltry amounts. Businesses had no choice but to either accept or fold up and go to another State. There are dime a dozen examples. In this video the Founder says categorically that he got a paltry sum of ₹3400Cr whereas AT&T would pay him $8Bn for the business. Fortunately for us, the Truth has a tendency to surface itself over time. If the Politicial take a very short term, selfish & shortsighted approach, it is bound to be not in the interests of the Nation as well. So why not label such Politicians as #AntiNational!? By contrast, every disinvestment done by Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) was opposed with all the objections. Even as basic as selling hugely loss making company as #AirIndia. Immediately upon selling, Tata Group revamped it and placed “Historically Highest Order Of $100Bn” to two of the largest aviation Coys worldwide - Airbus & Boeing. The Proposed Land The name of the village is, Are Budruk (Are Bk). Land is under 4kms from Roha city on the SH 60 travelling from Roha city to Alibag. Kundalika river runs alongside the SH 60 with app 800 meter gap. On Googleearth if type “Are Bk, Maharashtra” will get the satellite picturesque view of the location. The projected land is in Are Budruk consists of 136 acres of contiguous, clear, marketable title land under 4 kms from Roha City on State Highway (SH) 60 travelling to Alibag from Roha. The frontage is 120ft while required by the law is 18 metres (54ft). From Are Budruk International Airport, on the way to Goa, is approximately 65kms away. The sea coast is about 15 kms on the way to Alibag and Murud Janjeda. Roha Rail Station is just 5 kms from the site. The Kundalika River is hardly less than one km. Widening of Mumbai Goa Expressway, NH 17 to 4 lanes is underway. Electrification and addition of second Konkan rail line from Panvel to Roha is in progress. Sewri-Nhava Transharbour Link is proposed with cost of app. Rs.10,000 crore will connect Mumbai with Navi Mumbai. This link will have greater impact in development of nearby towns and Roha will be one of them. Ten thousand crore Mahendra Infotec project in 5000 acres, MIDC Dhatav near Roha, development of Dhighi port, many SEZ’s and existence of many large industries around Roha, has made Roha a prominent location for development of housing as a commuting city to Navi Mumbai and Mumbai. Application had been made for this land to Maharashtra Govt for approval of the project for a township under Special Township Scheme over two years ago and approval is expected in the near future as it complies with all regulations and requirements for such a scheme. The access from highway to site is app 120ft wide on SH 60. There are no Govt notifications, forests, mines, Gaothan, CRZ. Pylons, streams, quaries, right of way, Section 32 G land. All the land is free hold and owned by one family with valid 7/12 extract. Power line and water lines are running parallel to the SH 60. Due to special township status, the project benefits from the exemption from land ceiling act, FDI, deemed NA status, reduced stamp study and timely approval provided the conditions are met. Scarcity of agricultural land near cities with highway access, provision of utilities and amenities with all mandatory qualifications , compliance with land acquisition act has made availability of this kind of land parcel virtually impossible to find, hence this proposal stands on its own merits as a excellent business venture to get involved into. Moreover, growth of Roha as a commuter city due to its strategic location, infrastructure, rail, bus, water transport and development of Navi Mumbai Intl. Airport makes it an ideal location for a brand new, integrated township which will provide much better facilities and amenities than existing city.
