I have been exploring keeping eyes and ears wide open since last few years on how SAP and its eco system of partners and customers embarking the AI strides, having said that being a practitioner of #continuouslearing #stayrelevant couple of weeks back started my learning journey at learning.sap.com. Key learnings 1. Components and principles of SAP's Business AI strategy, 2. The role of generative AI, and SAP's ethical and privacy standards. 3. My three key #SAPSapphire2024 reflections: 1) SAP will continue to lead by supporting our customers’ core business processes (ERP + critical Solution Areas like HCM). Case in point: Joule is THE conversational AI solution across the SAP portfolio and the new capabilities for Consultants and Developers will super-charge our customers’ AI game 2) SAP’s unique open ecosystem strategy will continue to pay dividends for our customers as we strengthen our bonds with all the leading AI platforms 3) nvidia: Jensen Huang could not have shared a more powerful endorsement of the critical role SAP plays supporting nvidia’s 1T mkt cap business. Just as significant: Jensen’s aside about being in Taipei to take a leading role in “uniting the Taiwan ecosystem” of high-tech companies. These Best Run cos are SAP customers and bringing the TW ecosystem together has huge implications for AI and the entire world.
