Here are the key highlights: - Total customers in Q2 FY24 grew by 4% to 68.8K YOY. - Customers with ARR >USD 5K grew by 14% YOY, accounting for 90% of the ARR. - Customers with ARR > USD 50K grew by 30% YOY, making up 50% of the ARR. In terms of key metrics: - Revenue saw a 20% growth to 174 Mn in Q2 FY24, with the US market contributing 45%. The growth was also driven by acquisition of Device42 signaling the saturation in US market for key offerings. - Net Dollar Retention stands at 106%. - #ACV is at #USD10K, while the gross margin remains high at 85%. - #FCF USD 32.8 Mn in Q2 FY 24 Few observations: 1) The #Enterprise segment is the fastest-growing, maintaining its trend QoQ. 2) The #SMB segment, constituting ~10%, is critical for expansion despite being the least growing segment. India’s Global Capability Centers (#GCCs) are experiencing a significant transformation. Recent data indicates that approximately one-third of existing GCCs are expanding their presence within the country, with half aiming to do so within the next five years. This trend is driven by the need for diverse talent and the desire to mitigate risks associated with location concentration. By establishing multiple centers across various regions, companies can tap into a broader talent pool and ensure operational resilience. The impact of this expansion is substantial. GCCs contribute over 1% to India’s GDP and significantly boost service exports. The market size of India’s GCCs is projected to grow from $64.6 billion in fiscal 2024 to between $99 billion and $105 billion by 2030. India’s energy and infrastructure giant Adani Group is plotting a move into digital payments and e-commerce, according to a Financial Times report, as the conglomerate seeks to diversify its portfolio and compete with Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance, Amazon, and Walmart’s Flipkart and PhonePe. Adani is considering applying for a license to operate on India’s Unified Payments Interface (UPI) and is also finalizing plans for a co-branded credit card with banks, the report said. UPI is a public digital payments network that has become the most popular way Indians transact online. This isn’t the first time Adani, one of India’s three biggest conglomerates, has shown an interest in digital offerings.
