How can you approach difficult conversations with virtual team members?
3 Ps approach for a virtual difficult conversation 1) Prepare 2) Propose 3) Probe Prepare everything you know, you think you know and you think they know. It's important to get the facts, assumptions and perceptions clearly listed out before you even initiate the conversation. Having a difficult conversation will get easier if you as the chair or moderator has all the notions, emotions laid out so that you can prep your conversation weighing all in Propose is a step towards solutions or a direction towards solution instead of toiling around the problem. This will immediately cut down on the blame game and focus on managing the damage Probe is the final step into understanding agreements and disagreements, it allows constructive conflicts
