Here's how you can excel as a software project manager in the future.
In my experience, I've observed that 6 out of every 10 individuals face confidence issues while communicating ideas. As a team leader, I've made it my mission to empower my teammates by enhancing their communication skills. Having once struggled with presentations myself, I empathize with their challenges. Thankfully, mentors throughout my career journey guided me to grow into a proficient project manager. They not only enhance professional performance but also evolve over time, distinguishing individuals in any field. While technical expertise is often emphasized, personal growth as an individual is equally crucial for success.

Here's how you can excel as a software project manager in the future.
Continuous learning is a vital process of growth, akin to our physical and biological development. It should draw from diverse sources like formal education, online courses, industry conferences, books, podcasts and peer discussions for a well-rounded understanding. In my experience, this habit has greatly groomed me, boosting my confidence to present my work and plan daily activities. Despite a busy schedule, I dedicate 30-60 minutes daily to learning through podcasts, books, and even from my child. This commitment not only enhances my skills but also sets a powerful example for my team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

STUDY ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF CONCRETE WITH VARIOUS SLAGS AS REPLACEMENT TO FINE AGGREGATE
The Master Builder
An experimental programme is planned to study the effect of using copper slag (CS), granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS) and silicomanganese slag (SiMn) as fine aggregate on the properties of concrete. Sixteen concrete mixtures are prepared with different proportions of CS, GBFS respectively ranging from 0% to 100% and SiMn ranging from 0% to 50%. These sixteen concrete mixes are evaluated for mechanical properties and durability. Addition of 60% CS and GBFS respectively as sand replacement…
