I can't believe how accurate and realistic these image-to-video AI engines have become! 🤯 Check out the examples in this video—absolutely mind-blowing. Here's a news story that echoes the points from my last post. The owner of a robot vacuum cleaner thought his device was malfunctioning, only to find out that someone had hacked the device and was accessing its camera and controls. A security vulnerability was eventually reported in the Ecovacs Deebot X2, demonstrating the security risks that connected devices can pose if breached. The CyRes specification, developed by TCG, outlines clear guidance for manufacturers on how to develop cyber resilient devices, and provides tools to help prevent malicious attacks like this one. Quantum-safe cryptography, also known as post-quantum or quantum-resistant cryptography, refers to cryptographic algorithms designed to be secure against attacks by both classical and quantum computers. Cryptography is evolving to prepare for Q-Day, when current algorithms will be vulnerable to quantum computing attacks. I had fun completing this primer on Q-Safe Cryptography from IBM which is basic but very quickly introduces you to CRYSTALS-KYBER and CRYSTALS-Dilithium algorithms.
