I order online, I receive either: 1. Incorrect quantity of products 2. Wrong products altogether This is UNACCEPTABLE. As a customer, I expect a basic level of service, especially from a reputable brand like Jio Mart. It's HIGH TIME that you take immediate action to address these issues. I demand: 1. A thorough investigation into these errors 2. Implementation of quality control measures to prevent such mistakes 3. MobiKwik fraud company This incident happened on 20th May 2024. I received an IVR call asking me if I was trying to log in to my Mobikwik account. It prompted me to press 1 if I was trying to log in or press 9 if not. I pressed 9, and suddenly I was bombarded with multiple OTPs for different apps like Ola, Uber, OLX, Cleartrip, etc., causing my phone to freeze due to the bulk messages. Once the OTPs stopped, I received an email stating that a transaction of ₹5406 had been done via my Mobikwik Zip wallet. Without delay, I reported the transaction in the app and, within 20-25 minutes, sent an official email to [email protected] to freeze the transaction as I hadn’t initiated it. Within the next 30 minutes, I reported the issue to the cyber cell as well. Despite all this, I did not receive any response from either Mobikwik or the cyber cell. On 20th May 2024, Mobikwik responded, claiming that an OTP was generated and sent to my device. However, I never shared the OTP with anyone. They also mentioned that the amount had already been utilized, so a refund couldn't be initiated. I hoped cyber cell would assist, so I refrained from paying the fraudulent amount. I received an email from cybercrime asking for more information, which I shared with all the relevant screenshots. After few Month , I received a message from @cybercrime stating that my issue had been resolved. However, no further details were provided, and the case was closed without any resolution. When I applied for a loan recently, it was rejected due to Mobikwik’s overdue amount. Checking my TransUnion CIBIL Limited score, I found it had dropped below 620 due to this fraudulent transaction overdue. This experience shows how the Indian judiciary system works for the common man. This isn’t just my story—if you search online for “Mobikwik fraud,” you'll find thousands of people suffering from similar issues. Despite all this, such large organizations continue operating without accountability. They leak customer data, commit fraud, and then harass the victims to make payments and Indian Cyber Crime has failed to help them. Reserve Bank of India (RBI) should take strict action against them and ask them to stop their services soon. How we dream of digitalindia.com if such a fraud company exist in this country? My parcel reached Delhivery bangalore hub on 16 Jun 2024 but till date the same has not been delivered. On contacting the customer support, they are saying it will be delivered on next date but with no success. Now as per tracking it shows that the parcel will be delivered on 23 Jun 2024 which does not make sense now to be delivered by that date as I will not be available on that day. This parcel contains food related items, and has been delayed for more than 9 days. My items will get spoilt This is how you people works with parcel and quote that we are the best in the business. 🚨 "Failed Deliveries, Fake Excuses: Ecom Express Limited, This Needs to Stop!" I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Ecom Express Limited , related to AWB No. 10470244119. Over the past few days, I've received three separate "Out for Delivery" messages on 11th Oct, 12th Oct, and 14th Oct. However, on each of these days, the delivery agent falsely marked the package as: "Recipient not available" "Mobile switched off/not reachable" "Undelivered" Fact: My phone has been fully functional, and I didn’t receive a single call from the delivery agent. After contacting him directly (as his number was shared in the delivery message), he provided various excuses like "I'll deliver tomorrow due to the festive season" or "I don't go to your location", etc. Due to these fake failed delivery attempts, the product—my mother's critical medicine—has been returned to the seller, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. To make things worse, the customer support number doesn’t even let me speak to a live agent! It's impossible to get help when you need it most. Pathetic. Medicines are vital, and courier companies like Ecom Express Limited must understand the gravity of their role in delivering life-saving essentials on time. This is not just my experience—hundreds of people are facing similar issues. Many SMEs in India, who form the bulk of the local sourcing, are part of the supply chain network; some serve big businesses in their upstream chain and some remain entrenched in the distribution and logistics part of the chain. But either way they seem to be subject of transactional relationships with big businesses, the suffering in the process stems from very high receivables; the big businesses enjoy a part of their cash flow improvement from the large payables they maintain. Some of SMEs have complained that their normal cycle of getting payments has gone up to anything between four to six months. When you pay your local suppliers after four- to six months of getting the product or service, you are creating the foundation of your cash flows by postponing those of your partners. We must go beyond the known success stories in sourcing when it comes to local sourcing. After all local sourcing cannot stop at the B2B where both the B’s are Big Bs. What about Big Business to SME or SME to Big Business? Indian businesses seem to fall short; whenever we try to look at success stories, they seem to be about big businesses and their value chains. It is time Procurement leaders focus on local sourcing with a different eye. Developing the small businesses must start by acknowledging that the cash flows of the small businesses, including SMEs, matter as much as that of the bigger players with whom they transact. This is very important because in the current state of things, the results show that small businesses simply fail to deliver a better price, quality or delivery reliability because they fall short of their cash needs as far as their working capital goes; investing for improving or increasing scale can only come thereafter. On the other hand, without a local supplier, all the 8 Rs fail very dramatically (at least recycling, recovering, re-using and replacing fail surely). Take the example of Bridgestone Tires and their program on developing a sustainable supply chain. It is built on the ability to recycle used tire materials as raw materials and convert them into tires and also look at options of using a used tire through refurbishment into a tire as a solution. All the talk on sustainability and reduction of waste involves partnerships if India has to embrace Circularity. The foundation of circularity is built on small players who could be local waste collectors, disposers, local farmer, transporter, converter, intermediary, recycler, community partners, including the consumers themselves who form the bulk of the membership. If waste has to be recycled, the chain could be this ensemble of people. Disappointed with Meesho and Shadowfax Service I need to share my frustrating experience with Meesho and their courier partner, Shadowfax. I ordered a baby play mat (Order No: 16133168902559040) that arrived on 4th May 2024. Unfortunately, the quality was subpar, so I initiated a return on the same day. However, the return process has been a nightmare. On 5th May, the delivery person refused to pick it up, claiming it was too heavy without even seeing it.How did they manage to deliver it then?it's a lightweight foam foldable baby mat. from 4th may till now everyday return is getting scheduled and rescheduled from their end and on 26th May 2024 they cancelled the request.Despite a new pickup request being approved on 27th May 2024, no one has shown up for 26 days. I’ve raised five complaints, each promising resolution in 4-5 days, but nothing has happened.still it's scheduled for tomorrow let's see. everyday pickup request is going to same person even after informing the customer support team that he is not responding. This was my first and last order from Meesho , their customer support is worst like mostly like IVR repeats same thing even after asking different questions.
