The DGCA India takes action against #Vistara airlines by suspending its training head for pilot lapses. This issue had first emerged when the Vistara pilots had begun reporting sick in March end and the airline was show caused by the DGCA for allowing some training violations. This is for sure another embarrassment for Vistara. #aviation #avgeek #airlines https://lnkd.in/gCJNjdXU

Inconsistent records lead to confusion. When migrating aircraft records systems, cross-check tail numbers, serials, and maintenance details to avoid mismatches. Consistent records are the backbone of operational excellence. Let Zeevo Group provide the needed “extra lift” to ensure a smooth migration. ✈️ #Aviation #technicalrecords #DataIntegrity #zeevopowered

Discover the untapped potential of seaplane aviation in India, where regulatory hurdles are giving way to new opportunities. As the skies open up, could seaplanes be the future of remote connectivity and tourism? Seaplane aviation has not seen significant growth in India due to several factors, but recent developments indicate a more promising future for this mode of transportation. Historical Challenges: - Regulatory Barriers: Historically, India lacked a robust regulatory framework and infrastructure to support seaplane operations. The regulatory environment was outdated, with complex approval processes and stringent training requirements for pilots, making it challenging for operators to launch and sustain seaplane services . - Infrastructure Deficiencies: The lack of Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities in India capable of servicing seaplanes and amphibious aircraft has forced operators to rely on facilities in other countries, leading to higher operational costs and longer downtimes . Recent Developments: - Regulatory Revisions: In 2024, the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) revamped its regulations to streamline infrastructure procedures, pilot training requirements, and regulatory compliances. This has paved the way for more sustainable and safe seaplane operations, particularly under the UDAN (Ude Desh ka Aam Nagrik) regional connectivity scheme . - Government Support: The Indian government has recognized the potential of seaplanes to improve last-mile connectivity, especially in remote and inaccessible areas. The upcoming UDAN 5.3 scheme will specifically target seaplane routes, providing subsidies and incentives to operators . Economic Viability: - High Operational Costs: While the economic viability of seaplane operations remains a concern due to the high initial costs and operational expenses, the government's efforts to create a conducive ecosystem, along with the revised regulations, are expected to improve the commercial viability of this mode of transportation . Future Prospects: - Promising Outlook: Looking ahead, the future of seaplane aviation in India appears more promising, with the potential to connect remote regions, boost tourism, and contribute to the overall development of the country's aviation sector . #SeaplaneAviation #IndianAviation #UDANScheme #AviationRegulations #TravelConnectivity #AviationInnovation #FutureOfTravel #SeaplaneRoutes #AviationGrowth

Firstly, Always check the content in the letter. The mistakes made while paraphrasing certain sentences and also mis-spelt words will by itself let you know that this is not job application. Secondly, any organizations will not ask for money to be paid for forwarding the documents or selecting the candidate. Thirdly, what does Location:- Near by Airport mean?? A company has to decide where the candidate has to be positioned. A company sending the request for job will always mention where the job location, rather than asking the candidate where is the nearest airport. The above reasons will surely indicate that this is a fake post.

Aircraft lease and financing update (05-July-2024) Contempt of court notice served to SpiceJet SpiceJet, the troubled Indian low-cost carrier, has been served a contempt of court notice by the Delhi High Court for failing to comply with a previous order. The order required SpiceJet to return two Boeing 737 aircraft and three engines to their lessors. Despite claiming to have returned the two aircraft in June 2024, SpiceJet did so without their respective engines. We anticipate that a robust Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism setup in GIFT City would facilitate the efficient recovery of dues and assets as agreed upon by the involved parties. https://lnkd.in/g_f2QEBG #spicejet #aircraft #aircraftlease #aircraftfinancing #law #indiajuris

What appears to be healthy may be exactly the opposite. Akasa air POHA. Sodium content - 77% of your daily requirement in 90 gm. SERIOUSLY??? I think the inflight meal service provider and Akasa needs to really have a hard look at what they are serving. This will probably be applicable to all airlines. Meanwhile we as consumers need to be aware and cautious. Just because the name of the dish is associated with healthy eating, it is not enough. Read the labels please. On the plus side - nice neat and clean aircraft, comfortable seats with soft cushions, pleasant and friendly staff and cabin crew, -- Keep It up. #akasa air #MOCA #IMA # Civil Aviation

IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd), India's undisputed narrowbody king recently surprised everyone by placing an order of 30 A350-900 widebody with an option of 70 more. But the #airline was in no mood to stop, within a couple of days of placing this historic order, the airline is rumored to be in talks with ATR and Embraer for an order of 100 small jets. With this order #IndiGo plans to expand its #regionalnetwork. The #airline, already operates 45 ATR-72 planes with 78 seats each and is set to receive five more this year, is bound to lean towards continuing its partnership with #ATR due to potential cost advantages. But, Airbus' A220 and Embraer's E-175 planes are also in the fray. Looks like #IndiGo is eyeing a share of #profit in Tier II and Tier III cities where new #airports are being #developed and #UDAN is expected to boost #airtraveldemand. IndiGo serves almost 60 #destinations with recent additions like Gondia, Lakshadweep, Jagdalpur, Jharsuguda, and Dharamshala. #ATR has already forecasted that India becoming its largest #market within the next decade, reflecting the rising #regionalairconnectivity in the country. Aircraft lease and financing update July 11, 2024 Air Kerala Moves Closer to Launch: Connecting South India to the Middle East Air Kerala, a new low-cost airline, is making significant strides toward its launch in India. Recently, it received the initial No-objection Certificate (NOC) from the Civil Aviation Ministry of India. The airline’s primary objective is to connect South India with destinations in the Middle East, providing convenient travel options for passengers in the region. This development not only opens up new travel routes but also presents an exciting opportunity for domestic airlines. As Air Kerala expands its operations, there will be increased demand for aircraft leasing and financing services. Domestic carriers can explore partnerships and collaborations with Air Kerala, contributing to the growth of the aviation industry in India and fostering stronger regional connectivity. https://lnkd.in/gdUBJj4T

This is not good that Airlines should have their own AME institutions. The post is not about to criticize anyone or any organisation or blaming any organisation but the impact will be that It will sideline the other institutions. Airlines should think about employment, there are already many institutions for AME in india. Airlines should think about it. They should concentrate to develop facilities for AME candidates while not setting an institute which will lead AMEs to unemployment. what you guys think about it..?????
