    One of the most challenging project wherein I worked as an independent consultant to increase the popularity of the website by doing a detailed analysis and suggesting various measures to enhance the web traffic to the website.

    These were very high profile projects in which I tried to add value to the process. These projects are based on forcasting,high level of data with computational value, creating reports by balancing two systems, providing additional metrics which was really beneficial to the clients.

    Developed the web anaytics reports for EMEA client sites.
    Worked on generating reports by fetching data ,understanding client requirements ,bringing innovation by presenting the data for a single webpage as well as for entire website of all sites (Tier 1 countries of EMEA).

    Project management of Mumbai metro rail phase 1 Versova -Andheri- Ghatkopar(VAG) corridor. This included each and every aspect of project management.(Feasibility study,RFP,system analysis,budgeting,risk analysis,risk mitigation and managment,organisation structure,system integration,technology used,problems faced,solutions proposed,future scope etc).

  • Railway equipment tracking system

    The system aims at tracking and updating the status of the railway equipments of Indian railways(MRVC) in Mumbai rail divison.This system was developed by using software engineering steps in a well defined way.
