App customization in Salesforce using the declarative (no code) method instead of the programmatic method is one way to make things easy and less technical for Salesforce Admins who are non-developers. Executes before record-triggered flows. 4. Executes all before triggers.  5. Runs most Custom validation. 6. Executes duplicate rules.  7. Saves the record to the database, but doesn’t commit yet.  8. Executes all after triggers.  9. Assignment rules.  10. Executes auto-response rules.  11. Executes workflow rules. If there are workflow field updates, updates the record again. Due to Workflow field updates introducing new duplicate field values, executes duplicate rules again.  If the record was updated with workflow field updates, fires before update triggers and after update trigger one more time (and only one more time), in addition to standard validations. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗮𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀: - 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Displays records in a plain table format, where each row represents a record and each column represents a field. - 𝗡𝗼 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴: Unlike Summary or Matrix Reports, Tabular Reports do not group data or provide subtotals. 𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐋𝐨𝐠𝐢𝐜:- 1️⃣ Trigger executes after the Account is updated. It runs when there are updated Account records (trigger.new is not empty). 2️⃣ Collect Account IDs: Iterate through the updated Account records. Collect the ID of each Account in a set (accset). 3️⃣ Query Opportunities: Fetch Opportunities associated with the collected Account IDs. Filter the Opportunities based on the AccountId. 4️⃣ Check and Update Opportunities: Iterate through the fetched Opportunities. If the Test_created_date__c is more than 30 days old and the StageName is not "Closed Won" 5️⃣ Update StageName to "Closed Lost". Set CloseDate to today.
