Last week, we had the opportunity to conduct a super cool session with a global tech giant on “Jugaad” - the Indian spirit of creative thinking in the face of constraints. At Yuvaa, our take is always Gen-Z at heart, which is why we did an immersion session on the A to E of Gen Zs! Our Chief Nikhil introduced the participants - global leaders from the company, to Gen Z lingo in a way that simplified their dive into the world of Indian creativity. We got some A for Aura Points for hanging with our B for Besties Srishti, Tarini and Siddhesh as we went C for Gen Z Core. The creators shared stories of creative “jugaad” in their journeys, from DIY fashion and social impact to blending Gen Z culture with Indian sensibilities. We told them about our D for Delulu ideas of turning the internet into our main character E for Era. We could have gone on till Z but stopped at E because that was enough of an F for Flex 😊 Post a panel discussion, we divided into teams and the participants had 10 minutes to create short reels with our creators, blending props and Google products in true jugaadu style! The results? Unbelievably creative content in record time. 🚀 Here’s to so many more sessions like these. Co-drafted by Parisar, Waatavaran, and Young Leaders for Active Citizenship (YLAC), with support from the Sustainable Mobility Network, this Charter addresses Maharashtra's pressing urban mobility challenges. Our goal is to shape public policy and political discourse ahead of the 2024 Maharashtra Legislative Assembly elections.
