At wariCrew, we love the freedom and flexibility that comes with working from home. But let’s be honest—there are some harsh truths we don’t always talk about. 🔥 Discipline When you’re working remotely 24/7, there’s no one around to hold you accountable. It’s up to you to stick to your commitments, deliver high-quality work, and avoid delays. ⏳ Patience Asynchronous work means understanding that everyone has their own schedule. Immediate responses aren’t always possible, so planning ahead with a buffer is key. 🌐 Networking Remote work reduces the default chances of connecting with the team. Building relationships with teammates requires intentional effort—creating opportunities to collaborate, chat, and bond. Would you take on these challenges over the office commute? Drop your thoughts in the comments! ⬇️

🚀 Transparency: A wariCrew Core Value wariCrew operates on one unshakable principle: transparency. 💡 Whether it’s good news or lessons learned, we make it a point to keep every team member in the loop. Recently, Ankur missed sharing the revenue numbers with us during our usual Monday catch-up. However, instead of waiting for the next meeting, he shared the latest business numbers over WhatsApp, reinforcing our commitment to transparency. Because for us, transparency isn’t optional—it's ALWAYS a priority. 👊 How does your team practice transparency? Let us know in the comments! ⬇️

This may come as a shock to you, but there is one thing that definitively shapes the content you see across our platforms. Latest trends? No. Our Gen Z intern’s recommendations? Sometimes. Data? YES. But sometimes, we like to look beyond what the data shows. So today we come to you to ask a simple question and rely on public opinion. What kind of content do you hope to come across when you’re on LinkedIn? Let us know in the comments!

Now that the end of the month is near, it is time for all of us to reflect on our performance over the past month. What did we do well? What didn’t work out for us? What do we hope to achieve in the next month? If you’re wondering why we ask ourselves these questions every month, it is because Ankur sends out a Monthly Self-Assessment form at the end of each month where we rate our own performance. In any other setting, it would have been stressful to constantly worry about your performance. However, at wariCrew, this is simply an opportunity for reflection and understanding. Are there consequences if our performance is ‘Below Expectations’? Yes. But that would be true irrespective of whether or not the form existed. So as a team, we have come to appreciate this opportunity to see how we progress month-on-month. How do you track your professional progress? Let us know in the comments below!

At wariCrew, we conduct interviews a little differently. Here are 5 common interview questions that we DON’T ask at wariCrew: 1. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 2. Why do you want to join this company? 3. What do you know about our company? 4. Can you explain your resume to me? 5. Are you working somewhere else? By the time the candidate reaches the interview stage, we already know everything we need to about the work experience and their skills. We use this time to ask questions that really matter, such as: - What do you see yourself doing in this role? - What is your journey with this field, how did you get interested in developing these skills? - What do you think will make you succeed in this role? - What are your hobbies? Run us through your daily routine/schedule. - How confident are you about managing multiple responsibilities if you're working somewhere else? What are some questions you wish interviewers would stop asking you? #interviews #wariCrew
