Key Responsibilities: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery. - Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, production) to meet client requirements efficiently. - Prepare and present accurate cost estimates and proposals to clients. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape business strategies. - Manage client databases and track key metrics using Excel.
