We’re not in 1969, yet it feels like we’re trapped in the past when it comes to accessing information at work. We use Google to explore the web and ChatGPT to dive deep into topics, but what about finding information scattered in all our workplace apps? We need to stop asking coworkers for links, juggling between apps to find data, and recreating existing documents. Introducing Findr’s Search v2 ✨ Imagine asking, “Who did I connect with from MongoDB?” or “Where is the sales lead list with accounts from Acme?” and receiving pinpointed results from across your applications in just 5 seconds. With FindrAI, we’re transforming how you interact with your workplace information. Just a seamless conversation with your apps through a single search bar, delivering the information you need at the speed of light ⚡️ #productivity #ai #enterpriseai

What I look for when hiring a team member? I've been asked often about what I look for when hiring for my startup. Before I get to that, you have to understand that for a startup, the team structure that works best is a lean set-up. In a lean startup environment, every team member's impact is magnified. We don't have the luxury of extensive hierarchies or overlapping roles. That’s exactly why I prioritize hiring self-sufficient, accountable individuals who can thrive in a high-autonomy setting. Why do self-sufficiency and accountability matter to me so much, you ask? The obvious reason is that I don’t support micro-management. But there’s more to it. → We need people who can move fast without constant approvals. They should have the ability to make decisions and act on them → There's no room for blame-shifting in our lean structure. I look for individuals who own their work end-to-end – successes and failures alike → When issues arise, I need team members who tackle them heads-on without waiting for me or my co-founder to provide them with instructions → Lean teams require people who can wear multiple hats and adapt quickly to changing priorities → We don't have elaborate celebration rituals. The drive must come from within, fueled by the impact of your work Back to where I started, here are the key attributes I look for: - High agency: Individuals who take initiative and drive projects forward independently - Strong communication skills: Essential for seamless collaboration in a fast-paced environment - Entrepreneurial mindset: Thinking beyond just your role, considering the bigger picture of the business Of course, role-specific excellence is a given. For example: UI/UX designers must truly center user experience in every decision, engineers should be up-to-date with the latest tech. The real differentiator is the ability to operate with minimal oversight, make smart decisions quickly, and take full responsibility for outcomes. In essence, I'm looking for mini-founders within our startup. People who can think, act, and execute as if the business were their own. We're looking for exceptional engineers (AI & Software) to join our team. See the links in the comment to find the role that suits you!

I don’t know about you, but my days as a founder of a SaaS startup are nothing less than a rollercoaster. But I wouldn’t change any part of it. Here’s how a typical day in my life looks like (the ‘practical and realistic’ edition): 7:30 AM: wake up 8 AM - kickstart with 1-1.5 hours of deep, focused work session 10 AM - 12:30 PM: customer calls and meetings, connecting with clients and partners 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: break 1:30 PM - 3 PM: work + tackle the inbox -- respond to external communications. 3 PM - 5 PM: work 5 PM - 6 PM: walk/gym 6 PM- 9 PM: deep work (no interruptions) 9 PM - 10 PM: dinner or personal time to unwind 10 PM - 1 AM: sync with my india-based team, bridging time zones Just giving you an honest overview. Those breaks and networking meet-ups do help. On that note, I am in SF right now. Do hit me up if you are up for a quick chat :)

‘Cross-team collaboration’ is more than just a fancy phrase. It can make or break your team’s productivity. Reaching out to different team members whenever you are working on a project? That’s a different level of commitment. And imagine the waste of effort in this process. If you are interested in the mess called ‘cross-team collaboration, ' we need to chat! I am dropping my cal link in the comments :)
