It wasn’t just about the processes; it was about discovering how to build scalable workflows, collaborate with diverse teams, and create user-centered strategies. Those early days were filled with trial and error, but they taught me the importance of laying strong foundations. As I moved into a lead role, everything changed. Suddenly, I was responsible for creating content standards, managing a talented team, and measuring success through metrics. I remember grappling with the delicate balance of maintaining quality while meeting tight deadlines. It wasn’t always easy, but it shaped me into a more thoughtful leader and instilled the confidence to take on bigger challenges. One of the pivotal moments in my career came when I stepped into broader operations management. It was exciting—and nerve-wracking—to expand my role beyond content. I worked on streamlining workflows, cutting delivery times, and fostering collaboration between design, content, and development teams. Today, as a Design Operations Manager, I feel like I’ve come full circle, bringing together everything I’ve learned over the years. From orchestrating global design systems to optimizing workflows and resource planning, this role allows me to build something bigger than myself. If there’s one thing I’ve learned through this journey, it’s that growth happens when you step out of your comfort zone—and when you’re willing to embrace the messy, beautiful process of learning." Advancing Women Entrepreneurs: NITI Aayog & Urban Company Unveil ATR Program Cohort NITI Aayog’s Women Entrepreneurship Platform (WEP), in partnership with Urban Company, proudly announced the launch of a new cohort under its Award to Reward (ATR) Program, dedicated to supporting women entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness sector.  The launch event featured Ms. Anna Roy, Mission Director, WEP & Principal Economic Advisor, NITI Aayog, Ms. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME and Mr. Abhiraj Singh Bhal, Founder & CEO of Urban Company. The event highlighted the program's mission to empower women across age groups in their entrepreneurial journeys.  The ATR Program will select a cohort of 25 women entrepreneurs in the beauty and wellness sector, providing them with six ecosystem needs: finance, business development, skills training, legal compliance, market access, and mentorship. This vision has driven us to continually improve year after year. Despite the progress we’ve made, we’re still just scratching the surface of the vast and complex home services industry.
