We're on the hunt for a Manager/Sr. Manager (Corporate Law) to join our dynamic legal team. 𝗗𝗼 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲: ✅Expertise in corporate law & regulatory compliance? ✅A knack for solving complex legal issues? ✅8-10 years of experience & a passion for venture capital? If so, we want to hear from you! 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀: ➡️Assist in compliances related to Venture Capital Funding, FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act), Cross-border structuring, and day-to-day ROC compliances. ➡️Review and draft various agreements including Shareholder Agreements (SHA), Master Service Agreements (MSA), etc. ➡️Provide administrative support to the corporate law team, including managing documentation and communication. ➡️Act as a problem solver within the Corporate Law department, analyzing complex legal issues and providing effective solutions.  ➡️Handle Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) related work, including trademark and copyright filings. ➡️Assist in the preparation of board meeting minutes and agendas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. ➡️Conduct company secretarial research and draft legal documents as necessary. ➡️Manage the company's compliance with regulatory requirements, staying abreast of changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations. 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: ➡️Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution. Additional qualifications such as Company Secretary (CS) certification would be advantageous. ➡️Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a similar role. ➡️Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, regulations, and compliance requirements. ➡️Proficiency in drafting legal documents, agreements, and board resolutions. ➡️Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. ➡️Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ➡️Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ➡️Proactive approach to identifying legal risks and implementing effective solutions.
