Shraddha comes to us with a rich and diverse background, holding a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with specializations in Finance and Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences, where she focused on Microbiology, Genetics, and Chemistry. Her academic journey in life sciences has provided her with a deep understanding of the biological processes that underpin organic products, while her management training equips her with the strategic skills needed to drive our business forward. 🌱 Exciting updates from The Affordable Organic Store! For the past few months, we’ve been on an incredible journey with Sid’s Farm, launching the #AzollaProject. Together, we’ve set up over twenty innovative azolla pits! Sid's Farm has designed these small, portable, and low-maintenance pits, perfect for farmers looking to boost their sustainability efforts. With each new pit, we’re thrilled to capture more CO2, turning it into a nutrient-rich food source for cattle. This not only enhances animal health but also slashes farmers' costs! #SustainableFarming A massive shoutout to the amazing Sid’s Farm team—Kishore Indukuri, Tamal Chatterjee, and Shiva—for their invaluable support, and to our wonderful customers who have generously contributed to this initiative. Satya comes to us with a strong background in Information Technology from St. Peter's Engineering College and a genuine passion for using data to drive meaningful insights. He believes that data has the power to tell stories, and he's excited to help us make informed decisions that enhance our customer experience. His skills include: Python for data analysis and automation SQL for managing databases Power BI for creating interactive reports Looker Studio for developing engaging visualizations MS Excel for advanced analysis Outside of his technical expertise, Satya has a keen interest in the stock market and loves diving into books on financial management and investment strategies.
