On 13th December 2024, a new toilet block was inaugurated at Friendship School Berbhanga, thanks to the generous support from NTT DATA India. Earlier, students had to depend on makeshift toilets made of tin sheets and bamboo, which lacked privacy, hygiene, and safety. These conditions often posed challenges, especially for girls, impacting their health, confidence, and school experience. The newly constructed toilet block changes that! It provides a clean, safe, and dignified space for students, promoting better hygiene practices and ensuring their well-being. This significant step paves the way for healthier, safer, and more inclusive learning environments where children can thrive.
