Second year students from Som-Lalit Institute of Business Administration experienced a novel way of learning through industrial visits to N. K. Proteins Private Limited, Mehta HiTech Industries Limited and Sahajanand Laser Technologies Limited. They learnt practical aspects of business such as communication, business working methods, employment practices, explored different sectors like IT, manufacturing, services, finance and marketing. These visits always boost the industry-academia connect through networking opportunities. Fun and frolic spread through students and faculty team at Som-Lalit Institute of Business Administration as Days' were celebrated from 31st January to 3rd February, 2024. Creativity, team spirit, planning, contingent actions, competitive fervour ....... all traits came to the fore. Day 1 saw student talent in drawing, singing, one minute games and creativity in mismatch dressing Day 2 was all about Mehendi, ramp walk and extempore speech Students showcased rangoli, dance and story telling traits on day 3 The culmination of the celebration saw students dressed in their traditional best, Mr. and Miss. SLIBA awards were also given away on Day 4 Teams of students put co-ordinated efforts under guidance of faculty members to make DAYS' 2024 a grand success
