Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed secondary sales targets across the area.
Drive initiatives to increase market penetration, including promotional activities, sales campaigns, and other engagement efforts.
Identify opportunities to expand reach within the area and work with location managers to capitalize on growth opportunities.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Create and manage sales budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Forecast monthly and quarterly sales volumes based on historical data, market trends, and sales pipeline.
Monitor and control budget expenditures, adjusting sales strategies to maintain profitability and ensure adherence to budget constraints.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyze and track sales performance data to identify trends, growth opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, budget utilization, and forecast accuracy, presenting findings to leadership.
Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve resource allocation.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and key accounts.
Address and resolve issues with channel partners to ensure smooth sales operations and high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement targeted campaigns that drive secondary sales.
Team Leadership & Development
Train, motivate, and coach location managers and sales staff to ensure effective execution of sales strategies.
Set performance goals for team members, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team members to identify opportunities to increase efficiency and sales performance.
Compliance & Process Management
Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Standardize best practices across locations for consistency in service delivery and brand representation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales management, operations, and budgeting within a multi-location environment.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and sales data analysis.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to travel within the area to support location managers and oversee sales operations.
Exp - 6-10 years in relevant field.
