Excited to share our latest work on using #Olink #Target96 panels to derive a #protein signature for identifying early pre-clinical #Crohn’s #disease in a population discovery cohort. This signature demonstrated outstanding accuracy (AUC = 0.97) in a #pre-clinical validation cohort and could predict CD up to 16 years prior to formal #diagnosis, offering potential for early intervention to prevent irreversible damage.
