#AI #Training #Gujarat #Government Under the initiative by Department of Science & Technology, Government of Gujarat and Gujarat Informatics Limited, MeitY- nasscom Center of Excellence Gandhinagar conducted training on AI for the officials of Gujarat Government. The training was conducted for two days, customized as per the need of it for adoption of AI in administrative and technical operations of the departments. On #Day01, training was conducted for the administrative officials from Govt. which covered the #fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence, its applications in public services, and the benefits for administrative decision-making. The session included discussion on challenges faced in various fields of public service delivery and how can they be solved using AI followed by Case studies. While on #Day02, training was conducted exclusively for the IT officials of Gujarat government. This hands-on training aimed to enhance the #technical expertise of participants and demonstrate practical approaches to integrating AI into departmental operations. It delved into advanced topics, including open-source AI models, predictive analytics, and NLP for text analysis. Sessions explored computer vision for public sector challenges, generative AI for citizen interaction, and deep learning applications. Best practices and challenges in AI adoption were discussed, followed by an interactive Q&A session. With over 𝟳𝟱 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 across various departments, the training aimed to build expertise and foster AI adoption within the state.  Going forward, CoE will actively collaborate with these departments to develop and implement AI-driven applications and use cases that address challenges related to public sector. By building on the knowledge shared, the initiative aims to foster AI literacy and create a robust ecosystem for AI adoption across the state.
