Our mental well-being matters a lot, as it helps us stay stable in handling stress, building relationships and making decisions. It is our responsibility to prioritize our mental health, either through self-care or seeking support or taking breaks from regular activities. By creating a supportive environments and encouraging inclusiveness, organizations can also help employees stay mentally healthy.   L&Q Technologies, makes mental health a priority for our team and has always cared for their well-being by implementing PoSH policy, inclusive policy, performance recognitions, physiotherapy sessions, fun-fridays, day outing, sports and recreational activities.   As a part of this commitment, we organized a workshop on “Stress Management” on the occasion of World Mental Health Day. Thanks to Team Sahaya Bangalore for conducting this workshop and helping us gain awareness on stress and involving us in a series of activities that helps measure our stress levels, recognize the difference between healthy & unhealthy stress and plan a healthy morning routine & pre-sleep routine. Our recent team outing was a perfect example of this and was a day filled with happiness, bonding and lasting memories.
