“Ayurveda heals the world” Suvarnaprashana, an Ayurvedic practice that combines ‘Suvarna’ (gold) and ‘Prashan’ (licking), is conducted during each Pushya Nakshatra to promote children’s health. Recently, the Department of Kaumarabhritya at Matrusri Davalba Ayurved Hospital organized Suvarnaprashana camps that benefited students from various schools, including the Government Primary School in Varnama, Government Primary School Sundarpura villages, and Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul in Kandari from 20th & 21st November 2024. We feel immensely honoured to share that Dr. Prachi Pandey along with M.Pharm students Mr. Dhruvik Vaidya, & Mr. Krupal Sadhu from Krishna School of Pharmacy & Research had the privilege of representing Drs. Kiran & Pallavi Patel Global University (KPGU) Vadodara at the Indian Foundation for Quality Management's (IFQM) Symposium on "Quality and Innovation for Global Competitiveness" at Taj Palace, New Delhi on 15th-16th October. The symposium's focus was on propelling India's progress toward Viksit Bharat by the year 2047. They represented Academia as an Innovation Stakeholder in the opening ceremony of IFQM with Industry and Nation Leaders of India. The symposium was organized by Industry leaders of India from Sun Pharma, TATA sons, Biocon, Boeing, TVS, L&T , Deloitte along with Japan, Germany and US industry leaders along with inspiring address by Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Honourable Minister for Railways, Information and Broadcasting, and Electronics & IT. IFQM provided students with an exceptional platform to engage with cutting-edge discussions on quality management and advancements, enhancing innovation skill to match global standards.    They also experienced a thoughtful interaction with Dr. Peter Bains, Group CEO, Biocon on novel drug delivery technologies and research . Innovation workshop organized at Drs.Kiran & Pallavi Patel Global University (KPGU) Vadodara on 22nd october,2024 in collaboration with GIAN (Gujarat Grassroots Innovation Augmentation Network) , for promoting grassroots innovations in campus. The purpose was also to create awareness among students about Innovation awards being organized in collaboration with reputed organizations like Zydus, GETCO, and GPCL. These awards aim to recognize outstanding Ideas,Innovations & contributions in the fields of Energy, Healthcare, Environment/Waste Management, Technology/Engineering impact, and Water conservation. Awards intend to provide National and State level platforms to the students innovators in highlighting their efforts and connecting with like-minded industry professionals.
