FMG Team Delhi Branch Dr. P. N. Anndalakshmy’s policy matured in June 2023 but remained unclaimed. Arti from our Delhi branch took on the case and despite numerous attempts, she couldn’t contact Dr. Anndalakshmy. Determined, Arti tracked down her last known address which led her to Graceland Foundation in Kerala. It was there that she learned that Dr. Anndalakshmy had passed away in 2022. Undeterred, Arti then focused on finding Deepa Muralidaran, Dr. Anndalakshmy’s niece and the policy beneficiary, who lived in the USA. With help from the foundation, Arti connected with Deepa, who was in India at that time. Arti guided her through the formalities, ensuring the funds were transferred. She also discovered another policy due in 2028 in Deepa’s name from her aunt and assisted in transferring its ownership. Arti’s dedication and proactive approach were commendable. “You did everything in your power to ensure the funds were transferred to me without any issues,” expressed Deepa, praising Arti’s dedication.
